Enjoy writing reviews? People read reviews before making a buying decision, Review Column was created as a place to publish these resources for consumers and users of any possible products and services!
If you enjoy writing reviews, we are currently accepting your reviews. On this page you can submit your own review about anything you like. We already have reviews on a number of topics, including movies, gadgets, books etc. If someone has already reviewed something you're interested in, feel free to leave a comment. If you wish to submit a review of something that hasn't yet been written about, please fill in the boxes here on the right. You may find it easiest to write your review in Word or Notepad and then copy and paste in the text.
What does writing for Review Column get you?
In return for your original quality review, you get the chance to introduce yourself to the our readers and show off your writing talents. This will typically convert to additional traffic and subscribers for your weblog as each post will include a link to your website or blog.
How does being a guest author work?
Being a contributor means that your post will be published upon approval. We reserve the right to edit or change your posts if necessary. We also add a quick blurb about the author in the post as an introduction to our readers and we often make adjustments to the title, post slug, category, and tags if necessary.
What kind of author(s) are we looking for?
Review Column is a blog aimed at providing personal and professional reviews of day-to-day products and services. We are looking for individuals who enjoy writing reviews about any of the following categories:
- Mobile Phones, Cameras, Gadgets and other electronic items
- Laptops and Computers
- Books, Movies, TV series and Music
- Websites and Blogs
- Software and Games
- Others...(you name it, we'll almost certainly be interested in it.)
Rules & Guidelines for Guest Authors
The rules are in place to ensure that the quality of posts and integrity of the site remains high.
- The post/review should contain at least 400 words.
- The post/review should be of something that hasn't been written about.
- The post/review should not be reproduced anywhere else on the web (in English) including your own blog (neither party benefits from duplicate content).
- It is okay to link to your own blog if it is relevant to do so (eg. referring to a coding example or whatnot). However, you should not write articles around topics to justify a link to your blog and you should not actively encourage visitors to visit your blog. Remember, you get a link to your blog in your posts, and the link is clearly marked so that your site gets exposure.
- No affiliate codes or referral links are allowed in posts.
